The role of civil society organisations in ensuring the health security of children and young people within the EU
The Minister for Civil Society of the Republic of Poland and the Civil Society Organisations' Group of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) are pleased to announce the following upcoming event:
Joint Conference of the Minister for Civil Society and the Civil Society Organisations' Group of the EESC
'The role of civil society organisations in ensuring the health security of children and young people within the EU'
The event will bring together Members of the European Economic and Social Committee from the Civil Society Organisations' Group, representatives of Polish civil society organisations, representatives of EU Member States and practitioners and scientists dealing with the issues of child and youth development.
The objective of the conference is to exchange experiences between representatives of organisations whose activities enhance the health security of children and youth. The conference will also raise awareness of the role played by civil society organisations operating in the child and youth environment among policymakers in the EU and Member States. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss issues related to health threats and special health needs of the young generation.

Your expression of interest may include a maximum of 2 representatives of the organisation, providing: individual e-mail address, name of the organisation and position held. These people will receive a link to the accreditation system, which is necessary to register for the event.
The language of the conference is English. Interpreting services EN / PL / FR will be provided throughout the event.
PLEASE NOTE! The event is organised as part of the 2025 Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union therefore participation in it requires prior accreditation, the deadline for which is 30 April 2025.
